Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Eazy Techno, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality software, web development, and digital marketing services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. General Policy

Since Eazy Techno provides custom digital services, software development, and online solutions, all sales are considered final. Once a payment is made, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the specific cases outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds are only processed under the following two conditions:

• Double Payment / Technical Issues: In the event that a client is charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error or technical issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Project Not Started: If an advance payment or project booking amount has been received, but the project work has not yet been initiated/started by the Eazy Techno team, the client is eligible to request a refund of the advance amount.

3. Refund Time Period & Processing

If your refund request qualifies under one of the two conditions above, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days from the date the refund is approved.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Except for double payments or projects that have not yet started, all other payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

• Change of mind or cancellation of the project by the client after work has commenced.
• Delays on the client's side in providing necessary assets, details, or feedback for the project.
• Dislike of design or features that were built according to the agreed-upon project specifications.
