Cancellation and Refund Policy for Eazy Techno

Introduction

Eazy Techno values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality software and website development services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for our services.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to Project Commencement: If a client cancels a project before Eazy Techno has commenced work, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred.
During Project Development: If a client cancels a project after development has begun, the following refund policy will apply:
o Up to 25% of the project completed: A full refund will be issued, minus a 25% administrative fee.
o 26-50% of the project completed: A 50% refund will be issued.
o 51-75% of the project completed: A 25% refund will be issued.
o 76-100% of the project completed: No refund will be issued.
o Post-Launch: No refunds will be issued for projects that have been successfully launched and delivered to the client.

Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Eazy Techno within 30 days of the cancellation request.
• Eazy Techno will review the request and process the refund within 15 business days of receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

Exceptions

• Eazy Techno reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where the client has violated the terms of service or breached the contract.
• In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or acts of God, Eazy Techno may be unable to fulfill its obligations. In such circumstances, both parties may be released from their obligations, and any payments made will be refunded.
